COOK COUNTY ME IMPLEMENTS IVRS - 3/11

The Cook County Medical Examiner (ME) is ready to complete their implementation of the Illinois Vital Records System (IVRS). Effective April 1, 2011, the ME's Office will begin authorizing cremation permits through IVRS. Read the ME letter by clicking here.

FDSA PUBLISHES 2011 MUSIC LICENSING APPLICATION - 11/10
